I've had cats in the past, none now. Some names were Louis, Dexter, Psycho, Charlie, and Pooter, but I didn't name the last one.

I just realised that I goofed the pronouns. It should've been:

Two cats … one who adopted us, having previously lived up the hill. Named "Merdouille - which means something very rude in French - by her original owners, renamed "Margot", by me. She's a calico cat and they are supposed to bring good fortune, but I haven't noticed any sign of that yet! The other cat, "Seamus", was originally called "Shiro" when I picked him up from a pet rescue place in Bergerac. He is a tortoiseshell and about twice the size of Margot. I will try to upload photos, but it never seems to work when I do that on here. Ooh … it worked!

Ooh, and an "or dog!" "Merlin", who is just six months old, and is particularly partial to tissues, loo paper and my furry snow boots. He's very bouncy, barks for no apparent reason, and is currently driving the cats - mainly Margot - into a state of nervous decline.

Badger is slowing down a bit as he enters his second decade, but he still does goofy stuff like this all the time.
