Please pick from these options below:

2. Viva Elvis Vegas - Later days. {1968+)

3. Elvis in Heaven - Gospel, An Elton/Eric/Elvis Pastiche (see video) or ANY Song you wish… but performed and recorded with you sitting on the throne.

Forgive me, good sir, but I am a bit confused. Three songs? IS this the limit of songs or we choose from one of the three categories? Any song sitting on "the throne"? Thanks for hosting. I have never done an elvis song! I guess Costello isnt going to cut it…

Elvis recorded a lot of gospel songs, and this is one he recorded for his 1957 Christmas album. Written by Thomas A. Dorsey, it's one of Dorsey's more famous songs, another being "Peace in the Valley." Dorsey was an African-American Christian evangelist who started out playing blues in dance halls and vaudeville; after a spiritual awakening he turned his hand to writing gospel songs. He wrote about a thousand of them, plus a couple thousand "secular" songs. He was the music director and primary evangelist (preacher) at the Pilgrim Baptist Church in Chicago for about 50 years.

an early Elvis song. We took out Abu Garcia the cutest teddy bear in our world and put him on top a bunch of bananas in our kitchen, with Srcappy the dog sitting nearby . good fun.

Thanks Joko! From the middle period Elvis. Like quite few big Elvis songs this was technically a 'cover'. Written and first recorded by Mark James. But these "covers" become synonymous with the Elvis. "Suspicious Minds." I guess the word 'cover" sort of loses it's meaning when Elvis does a song and it's a hit. I recommend Peter Guralnick's 2 biographies on Elvis'

His rise ' Last Train to Memphis" and his fall ' Careless Love."

AArrrgg! FOr about a month now, whenever I want to access the Seasonista forum, it simply times out - this is indicative that it is one of the many thousand domains that the gov't here has blocked, joining big sites like Facebook, and TikTok but also local newssites like The Irrawaddy News (which are operating outside the country now). Even some dating apps are blocked. Why has our forum been banned in Myanmar?

I figure it is not us… It's Flarum. Somewhere on FLarum, there must be a board that is posting critical opinions. The Ministry found them and now ther whole domain is blocked.

How am I writing to you now? A little something called a VPN, virtual private network. The gov't blocks the VPN sites regularly - I'm on my 4th in 3 years, but there's always new ones popping up..,.

So, if I'm a little slow in keeping up with my hosting duties this week, that is why…
