AlanDP I found the button to insert a link but it doesn't show the video thumbnail, just a regular html link. What am I missing?
Edwin I've found the easiest way is just to paste the youtube link directly, then it sorts itself out.
DelGriff AlanDP Hi Alan If I remember rightly, just copy and paste the link directly into your message? Give it a try?
YorkSteve A few people seem to be having issues with this. The way that works for me is - With your video on screen in YouTube, click on Share. Click on Copy Link. In the forum, start typing a reply, and then where you want the video to appear, Paste. It SHOULD paste in a long youtube address. When you hit the send button, it will magically change it to a still of the video. But if that doesn't work, then…🤔
CeeJay Okay , here goes Oh. Right , that works then Hangon ,let me try someting else…… file:///C:/Users/Jarsb/OneDrive/Pictures/Bugger%20Off.jpg Okay so ,half way there ….can embed vid without all that tiresome mucking about with links and cyberspace , just drop the saved link…… But stills are , well, still a problem !!
