I spent much of today on Zoom meetings, in 2025, being with people who were still in 2024. I think most of you have caught up by now.
New Year's resolutions are all about the passage of time, and our intentions to be better people this year than we were last year.
I'm "Talkin' 'bout a Resolution", with apologies to Tracy Chapman.
After this attempt, I decided I would do better if I actually wrote my lyrics down, rather than trying to remember them on the fly. I did that, practiced some more, and really polished the song. I was about to make the video, when I remembered I had a scheduled phone call. An hour later I tried again, and after numerous failed attempts, gave up and went back to this take.
