Edwin It's still in the wrong place, but I have managed to get the colour right and a link to your FAQ thread.

Edwin

YorkSteve That looks good to me! Thanks!

Good work, Steve! 👍🏻

While I haven't participated in several years now, I've wonderful memories of the Seasons, great music and great friends.

I congratulate everyone on the beautiful home you've created here for the Seasons. And thank you, Ylle, for sharing this link with me. Aloha and mahalo. Love, Linda

If the default start view was changed to "all discussions" in stead of "categories", would that make it easier to put the introduction on top?

If it can be changed to that.

Turtledrum Please feel free to drop in again any time Linda. (I don’t know about this trade, that’s a lot of prospects for one starter from the White Sox, the White Sox! They were terrible last year…)

Linda!!! So good to see you here - and you have the honour of being the 50th person to sign up to this new forum! You were one of the kindest and most welcoming and encouraging Seasonistas to me when I first joined in 6 years ago. And what a thrill it was for me to win your ‘Eight Days A Week’ Season and receive a ukulele in the post - so amazingly generous! I hope you’ll be tempted to join in again from time to time - you have been sorely missed! :-)

Turtledrum Hello, Linda …. lovely to see you here!

TCK

Turtledrum woah! Nice to see you here! Missed you and your music for sure.

Whatever you'd like… BUT… I'm not actually too keen on the logo now after a few weeks, - in other words, I think we can do better. Let me improve it.

UkingViking

Edit:

Never mind.

I had an alternative idea for some graphics, but that was a bad idea.

I see that the last version of your logo show with a white background. Is that a PNG made with canva?

I know that PNG supports alpha channels, allowing the background to show through transparent parts of the picture. If Canva also supports that, perhaps would be nice touch - if you are giving it a brush up anyway.

I saw that my message had been deleted. Am I not allowed to post here? Could someone please clarify what happened? I'm unfamiliar with the ins and outs of this site; perhaps I did something wrong?

Thank you to those who have dropped me a line. I saw messages from Val, Andy, Del and TCK. I've really missed things, too.

I didn't mean to offend anyone; could someone please just explain the deletion?

Thanks! Linda

I think its a bit buggy at the minute, so anything could (and does) happen.

I mean I just did.

Long time no see !!!!

Hi Linda - I'm still seeing your message - it's 11 posts back from here, along with the replies. You have done nothing wrong! :-)

Turtledrum

Ok! On my screen, I still see a "Deleted" message, with my name missing, for the original post. But let's move on. Great great great to see you all here and to read your messages. And I hope to be sharing some music in the days to come.

Wishing you all a joyous holiday season for right now! Love, Linda
