Thanks for the advice.

I started having the same problem over a month ago, Jim. Since I want to use a particular device to record my videos, I can do two things:

I record them as before and back the video up to the cloud. Then I've got to use a different tablet or laptop, download the video to it from the cloud, and then create my YouTube video in the YouTube app.
I record as before. I then create the YouTube video from my YouTube Studio (which always opens in a browser for me) or from a YouTube browser tab.

The YouTube browser tab or YouTube Studio method is a lot easier and faster than using several devices.
