Hello, Bob … and thanks for hosting! Well, actually … hello, Everybody! I'm not quite sure how I managed to find myself here - to me, every expression of "jollity" at the moment feels like fiddling while Rome burns - but I do SO agree with you, Bob, that now, more than ever, we all DO need a hug. And that, er, image - voodoo doll??? - of you is completely irresistible! Anyway, when I saw your theme for the week, this was the first song I thought of … all of which goes to prove that I must be about 120 years old. I actually haven't got anyone to give me a hug at the moment, but I spend a lot of time hugging my animals, who are a great consolation in these awful times. Merlin - who had just returned exhausted, having absconded for an hour at the end of his morning walk - is the "Lovey Mine" here, with a special guest appearance from Seamus, the cat, who poked his head in to see what was going on and decided the whole thing was unbelievably boring!
