In thinking of less common wheeled things that don't I think we've covered yet, I thought of Allan Sherman's parody version of Molly Malone, which of course includes a wheelbarrow.
It's what he called a "shtick" - a short snippet of parody that's not enough for a full song. Every Allan Sherman album included a new medley of shticks, with names like "Shticks and Stones" and "Shticks of One and a Half Dozen of the Other".
I put together my own medley of selected shticks of his that all involve things with wheels, all from his second album, "My Son, the Celebrity". The first three are from that "Half Dozen" track, the fourth is from a medley of George M Cohan parodies, and the fifth is my own bonus local parody version of that one.
I called it "Shticky Wheels".
