As every Seasonista knows, Jon Duncan @jon writes fabulous songs. I’ve covered several in my time here, with and without uke, and enjoyed the process immensely. And I’ve always been really proud of the end results.
And this one is no exception. Jon did a new version of this one for Sabine’s @MsBean‘s hunting Season a few weeks back, and it blew me away. But this time, rather than going it alone with a cover, I asked Jon if I might add to his original version of it. Thankfully he said yes!
So, this is the end result. Jon on vocal, uke and glockenspiel, and me on synth bass, strings and a few other synth sounds thrown in for good measure. And I’m really, really chuffed with how it turned out - thank you, Mr Duncan! 🙂
